About the summer school
The summer school will give you the opportunity to acquire biomedical data processing skills and consists of three parts: introductory, theoretical and practical.

In the introductory part, participants will receive the necessary skills for work: the basics of molecular biology, basic Python programming skills and command-line work. In theory, they will choose one of two directions devoted to different areas of bioinformatic data analysis: virology or medical genetics, and learn how to analyze biomedical data according to generally recognized standards. In the final of the summer school, participants will have practical work and feedback on its results from teachers.
